how can i get a grant propsal sent to me without spending money i dont have.i know every site that ive been to is full of public knowledge and just put simple so every can understand. but why should i have to pay to put my name on a list that more than likely is gonna drain what little money i have with no results.any help would be greatly aprreaciated.
